CMS Physician Fee Schedule relative value files, release by release
The quarterly RVU zips (RVU26A, RVU25D, …) carrying every code's RVUs and status indicator, the locality GPCIs, the conversion factor, and the anesthesia conversion factors — the inputs to every Medicare PFS rate on this site.
CMS publishes these files four times a year under codes like RVU26A — "RVU", the last two digits of the calendar year, and a quarter letter (A = January, B = April, C = July, D = October). The January (A) file carries the new year's rates from the final rule; the later quarters carry corrections and newly priced codes. When CMS fixes an error mid-quarter it re-posts the file in place — each version we ingested is preserved below, so historical numbers stay reproducible.
CMS reorganizes its site often and direct file links break. If a download link below stops working, every release remains available from the official CMS PFS relative value files page.
