The base units per anesthesia CPT code that anchor the anesthesia payment formula. Published irregularly — only when the units actually change, which is rare.
Unlike the quarterly fee-schedule files, CMS publishes this one irregularly — a new file appears only when the values actually change. Each version we ingested is preserved below and stays in effect until CMS publishes a revision.
