Privacy Choices

Localis uses short-lived, first-party traffic observations to produce aggregate site statistics, and keeps a first-party log of product interactions (for example, calculator runs and questions submitted through the "Ask" box) that can include values you typed. The activity log uses a random ID stored in the current tab's session storage to group that tab's interactions into one visit. You can turn both systems off for this browser without creating an account; the setting is stored as a single preference cookie.
