Who is responsible for this site
Micah Latty is the founder, publisher, and named contact for Localis. Questions about the site, its data, or its editorial process can be sent to [email protected]. Pages do not use anonymous expert bylines or imply clinical review that did not occur.
How pages are produced
Rate facts are computed from archived CMS release files and tested against the published payment formula. Code status controls whether a national amount exists, and missing RVUs remain missing rather than being converted to zero. Each result names its release and links to source-file provenance. Original explanatory content is written from primary sources and tracked separately from the rate data.

Corrections policy
Report a suspected error to [email protected] with the page URL, the value or statement in question, and a supporting primary source when available. Material explanatory changes update the page's modification date. Corrected source data is ingested as a new release revision so the earlier published record remains reproducible.
