26CLABQ1—the January 2026 Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule (CLFS) files
The official CMS data behind Q1 2026 on this site—in effect January 1 – March 31, 2026. The quarterly lab fee schedule files (26CLABQ3, 25CLABQ4, …) carrying what Medicare allows for every clinical laboratory test it prices nationally—finished dollar amounts rather than RVUs—plus the rows CMS flags for MAC pricing instead.
