> Medicare paid $268.20 for CPT 93925 in the office (non-facility) setting and $268.20 in a facility under the Q3 2018 Physician Fee Schedule, effective July 2018. ## What it is

An ultrasound of the arteries of both legs, or of bypass grafts placed in them, that combines a gray-scale picture of the vessel with Doppler measurement of the blood moving inside it. The operator can see plaque and vessel wall directly and measure how sharply blood accelerates through a tight spot, which is how the severity of a narrowing is graded. The complete study means the arteries are followed along their length on both sides, not just one segment or one leg.
