    "description": "Treatment of a narrowed dialysis fistula or graft, done through a needle stick into the access itself. Contrast is injected and images taken of the circuit from the arterial inflow through the graft or fistula and out along the draining veins, and then a balloon is tracked over a wire and inflated to stretch open the narrowed spot in the peripheral segment, which runs from the access up to about the level of the armpit. The imaging of the circuit and the balloon work are described together as a single procedure. Sibling codes distinguish what was actually done: imaging alone, imaging plus a balloon here, a stent, or removal of clot.",
